How It Works
Bring your lab order.
If Hydration Well ordered your labs, we’ll handle the details.
If your labs were ordered by another provider, please bring a complete, written order with all tests clearly listed so we can collect the correct tubes.
Mornings are always best.
No appointment is needed for standard draws.
For labs that require mailing (such as specialty kits), collections are only available Monday–Wednesday to ensure on-time delivery to the testing lab.
Specimen delivery.
We prepare and deliver your samples to the designated laboratory or shipping carrier.
Results.
Your ordering provider will receive the results directly from the lab.
Please follow up with your provider for interpretation and next steps. Hydration Well does not receive or interpret outside lab results.
Lab Work
Your health is our priority—whether or not you have insurance.
We believe access to essential lab testing should not be limited by insurance status. That’s why we offer transparent, cash-pay laboratory services, all beginning with a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner to ensure your care is appropriate, intentional, and personalized.
All laboratory orders begin with a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner.
This ensures that labs are medically appropriate, clearly explained, and tailored to your individual health goals.
Our clinic partners with reputable national laboratories to provide access to a wide range of routine and specialty testing at transparent, discounted self-pay rates—often significantly lower than insurance-based pricing.
This service is ideal for patients who:
Do not have health insurance or have high deductibles
Want access to labs without insurance delays or denials
Are seeking a functional or integrative approach to care
Need labs drawn for an outside provider (with valid orders)
How It Works
Consultation with our Nurse Practitioner to review concerns and determine appropriate labs
Labs are drawn in-office by trained medical staff
Samples are sent to a trusted reference laboratory
Results are securely delivered, with optional lab review follow-up
Lab pricing and availability vary based on tests ordered. Insurance billing is not offered; all services are self-pay.

Saliva Hormone Testing
ZRT Hormone Testing (At-Home Lab Kits)
At Hydration Well, we specialize in saliva-based hormone testing through ZRT Laboratory. Saliva testing is a well-established, clinically meaningful way to assess bioavailable (active) hormones—the hormones your tissues actually use.
Many patients are familiar with DUTCH testing. While DUTCH testing uses dried urine to evaluate hormone metabolites, saliva testing offers a different — and often more direct — clinical advantage, depending on your goals.
Saliva Testing vs. DUTCH Testing — What’s the Difference?
Saliva Testing (ZRT):
Measures free, bioavailable hormones (the active form at the tissue level)
Excellent for symptom-correlated hormone assessment
Ideal for:
Perimenopause & menopause
PMS & cycle-related symptoms
Libido concerns
Sleep issues
Mood changes
Adrenal stress & cortisol rhythm
Non-invasive and easy to collect at home
Strong clinical correlation with how patients feel
DUTCH Testing (Urine):
Measures hormone metabolites and detox pathways
Useful when specifically evaluating estrogen metabolism or phase I/II detox
Often more complex and higher cost
Not always necessary for first-line hormone evaluation
GI-MAP Testing

Your gut plays a major role in immunity, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and nutrient absorption. No matter where you are in your health journey, supporting gut health is foundational.
GI-MAP testing allows us to identify imbalances, overgrowths, and digestive dysfunction so we can create an effective, individualized plan to help you feel your best.

Folate Receptor Antibody (FRAT) Testing
Hydration Well offers Folate Receptor Antibody (FRAT) testing for families who need this specialized lab. While we do not manage treatment plans related to FRAT results, we provide the lab draw and testing access so you can work directly with your child’s specialist or healthcare provider.
This test can help identify whether the body may have difficulty absorbing or utilizing folate, which is often requested by parents working with autism or developmental specialists.
We are here to support your care team by making the testing process simple, accessible, and convenient.
This test can be especially helpful for:
Children with autism or developmental concerns
Patients with suspected methylation issues
Individuals with a history of low folate, anxiety, mood changes, or neurologic symptoms
$275 laboratory fee to run testing. This will be paid directly to the lab
$65 draw fee
Galleri multi-cancer early detection test
We are pleased to offer the Galleri® test, an innovative blood test designed to detect multiple types of cancer early, even before symptoms appear. Early detection can significantly improve treatment outcomes.
What is the Galleri Test?
The Galleri test is a simple blood test that screens for a unique "fingerprint" associated with many of the deadliest cancers. By identifying DNA shed by cancer cells into the bloodstream, it can detect potential cancers that may not have recommended screening tests today.
Who Should Consider the Galleri Test?
The Galleri test is recommended for everyone! However, Galleri suggests adults with an elevated risk for cancer, such as those aged 50 or older. Additional risk factors include diabetes, obesity (BMI ≥ 30), and a history of smoking. The test is available by prescription only and is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, 21 years old or younger, or undergoing active cancer treatment.
By incorporating the Galleri test into your regular health check-ups, you can take a proactive step towards early cancer detection and better health outcomes.
$65 in-office lab draw and processing fee to be paid on the day of service.
Galleri fee is $749.
This will be billed to you following the test results. You can pay monthly with no interest to Galleri.
